SAP Org Structure Builder โ€” Interactive Practice

Build an SAP organizational structure step-by-step. Watch database tables fill, see exactly which T-codes to run in your real SAP system, and toggle between centralized/decentralized scenarios.

Quick start:

How to use this builder

  1. Click "Load PSEC example" to start with the Pakistani company we've been studying โ€” pre-built so you can explore.
  2. Or build your own โ€” click "+ Company Code", give it an ID/name/currency, then add Plants under it.
  3. Watch the right panel โ€” every entity you add creates rows in the database tables (T001, T001W, T024E etc.) just like real SAP.
  4. Follow the T-code log โ€” each action shows the exact T-code you'd run in real SAP S/4HANA on-premise. Copy these and try in your IDES system.
  5. Check the impact panel โ€” see how your design decisions (centralized vs decentralized) affect master data, vendor leverage, and operational autonomy.
  6. Export your design as JSON to save or share. Or print this page for a hard-copy reference.
The learning goal
Once you can replicate the PSEC structure in this builder AND in real SAP, you've mastered org structure. Every T-code shown here is exactly what you'll click in SPRO โ†’ Enterprise Structure.
